This notice describes how Opalite Health, Inc. handles personal information collected through opalitehealth.com, including its public pages, demonstration request form, and direct website inquiries. It does not replace a healthcare customer's contract, Business Associate Agreement, or other terms that govern information processed through the Opalite clinical platform.

When you request a demonstration or contact us, we may collect your name, work email address, organization, role, organization type, meeting details, and the message you choose to send. If you communicate with us by email, we receive your email address and the contents of that communication.

Our public website forms are intended for business inquiries. Do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, diagnoses, or other protected health information through a public form or ordinary email.

When you visit the website, our systems and analytics provider may collect technical information such as the pages viewed, referring page, browser or device type, approximate location derived from network information, and timestamps. We use PostHog for limited website analytics. Automatic interaction capture and session recording are disabled on this site. Cookies or similar technologies may be used to provide and measure the website.

Customers should use their authorized product and support workflows rather than public website forms for communications involving patient data.

We retain website information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including responding to inquiries, maintaining business records, protecting the website, and meeting legal obligations. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can choose not to submit a form and may contact us directly instead. You can also manage cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings, although some website features may work differently.
